Todd designed our patio in the summer of 2020 and Jimmy G installed it in July 2020. Excellentworkmanship especially in 90+ deg weather during the install. Every night,neighbors gathered to see theprogress and the patio debuted less than 3 weeks after it was started. We always got along with ourneighbors, but COVID and our beautiful patio brought us all really close together. So close that 8 of havegone on vacation together last year and will again this year! My husband joked that we should get abigger table with more chairs. I thought our popularity would wear off eventually. But we are ready tostart Season 3 of patio binging and we couldn’t be happier (unless we had a bigger table and morechairs.

In-Home Consultation
We will walk around your property and discuss your specific needs and vision. Once this is complete, we will provide you with several solutions to accomplish the landscape design you want to achieve.
Materials Selection & Design
If possible, we encourage you to visit our hardscaping vendors to look at the various products that are available. It is important for you to collaborate with us, so that you obtain the products that are the best fit for you and your family.
3D Design Rendering Review
We will present our ideas to you using one or more methods of illustration, such as: Blueprint, Photo Imaging, or SketchUp 3D layout.
Project Proposal
You will be provided with a project proposal. This document will include the details of the scope of work, the materials that have been selected, required deposit amounts, as well as a full pricing overview.
Sign & Schedule Project Date
Once you have approved the design and signed proposal, we will get your project onto our schedule.

How are paver and natural stone patios installed?
Our paver and natural stone installations begin with a robust sub-base of stone, typically about 9 inches deep and compacted thoroughly. On top of this, we install a 1-inch layer of rice stone, then carefully lay the pavers or natural stone. Finally, we apply polymeric sand in the joints to secure the patio and help prevent weed growth.
How much does a paver patio cost?
The overall cost depends on the size of your patio, the specific materials chosen (pavers vs. natural stone), the complexity of the design, and site conditions. As a general estimate for labor and equipment, our crews work for approximately $2,500 per 10-hour day. This price does not include the material costs, which we can detail in a personalized quote after evaluating your property and goals.
How to clean a paver or natural stone patio?
Regular sweeping is usually sufficient to keep your patio looking good. For a deeper clean, a pressure washer on a low setting or a scrub brush with a mild cleaner designed for pavers or natural stone can be effective. Always test a small, inconspicuous area first.
How to fix shifting pavers or natural stone?
