They will ask questions to try to understand the purpose of the project, your preferences, scope of work, and your approximate budget. They will then select the best person from our team to serve you. Whether it is a small task that can be best handled by one of our knowledgeable Account Managers or a comprehensive plan that needs the involvement of one of our Landscape Designers, we will provide you with an expert that will visit your property to discuss it further.
Our expert advice costs you nothing. One of our landscape experts will be happy to walk your property with you and discuss your needs and provide some direction for solutions we may provide. They can guide you through the initial collaborative process of selecting what type of materials are right for your project and give you options to explore. When your Landscape Designer or Account Manager can establish an approximate budget and direction for your project, they can then begin working on a formal plan and/or proposal.
Our team will prepare a custom proposal for you, detailing specific materials to be used on your project along with cost. In many cases, this will be accompanied by a color rendering of your landscape design to show you exactly what your project will look like when finished. If needed, samples of materials can be viewed and images of plants along with their recommended care will be provided.
