Until his retirement in 2009, Dave had been a business partner with Clark Tomlinson since the Company’s inception in 1981. Dave was actively involved in the daily business of the Company serving as the Vice-President of the Company as well as the Manager of the Athletic Field Division. Before establishing the Company, Dave graduated from Penn State University in 1975 with a degree in Turf-grass Management and then went on to serve as the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Lancaster Country Club.
