Susan graduated from Geneva College with a B.A. in Public Relations and brings over 15 years of client relations experience to the team. Her previous roles at Community Services Group, the National Institute for Professional Practice, and Education Management Corporation have allowed her to pursue her passion for serving a diverse range of customers.

During her time at EDMC—a company with over 100,000 employees—Susan was honored with the Positive Attitude Award in her first year, recognizing her commitment to exceptional customer service and her ability to support and uplift her team.
Since joining Tomlinson Bomberger in 2019, Susan has continued to bring that same enthusiasm and dedication. She is known for cultivating meaningful relationships with customers and consistently striving to deliver a service experience that reflects the company’s Core Values.
