[LAWN CARE] How much does a lawn care program cost?
To provide you with a quote for one of our lawn care programs, we need to measure the square footage of the grass area of your property. We can make this calculation simply from your address.
You can request a quote or give us a call at 717.399.1991 to get started. (Please keep in mind that the price will change slightly based on the selected lawn program.)
[LAWN CARE] How often will you treat my lawn?
Our lawn programs include six property visits. You should expect to see us for your lawn treatments every 4 – 6 weeks, typically beginning in March and extending through November. The length between each service may vary slightly due to weather conditions, which are out of our control. Our three lawn maintenance programs proactively address various issues in your lawn; however, additional treatments may be necessary depending on your lawn’s specific needs.
[PEST CONTROL] Do you treat my entire property for pests?
We do not treat the entire property; however, we focus on and treat your home’s foundation. This strategy builds up a strong exterior barrier and limits various pests from entering your home. We will strategically set up bait stations on your property if you have rodent activity. The typical placement of these bait stations could be near your garage, shed, or mulch beds.
[PEST CONTROL] How often will you treat my home?
Our quarterly pest control program includes three warm-weather visits during the spring, summer, and fall- consisting of thorough inspections and treatments to the exterior of your property and exterior rodent control. You will also receive one winter visit, which includes an interior assessment and treatment for covered pests and other possible problem areas in your home (attic, basement, garage, shed, and food storage areas.) We spend more time working on the exterior of your home during the warmer months, thus eliminating pests before they enter.

Our Quarterly Pest Control Program provides regular treatments to exterminate pests and keep them out of your home.
When you choose our Quarterly Pest Control Program, you can rest assured our goal is to provide you with solutions to your pest control issues. While some pests are easily and quickly controlled, others may take repeated efforts to manage. Our program is designed to control and manage these pests and if they return to your home or business in between scheduled visits, we will return at no charge.
