	Email Ext. 211	Clark Tomlinson – President Clark and his partner Dave Bomberger founded Tomlinson Bomberger Lawn Care & Landscape, Inc. in 1981. They both worked at the Lancaster Country Club Golf Course prior to starting the business. Clark and his wife Beth, along with their five children have all worked in the business in varying capacities over the last twenty years. Clark would like to thank all of his loyal customers and the dedicated co-workers for helping in the growth of the Company. Clark is a graduate of Millersville University with a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Counselor Education.	Email Ext. 219	Beth Tomlinson – Executive Administrator Beth has been a member of the Tomlinson Bomberger team since the company started in 1981. Her involvement began with managing office operations from the Tomlinson home. Beth worked as office manager for 21 years before becoming the Executive Administrator. Beth’s capacity for multi-tasking is a great asset to the executive team.

	Email Ext. 228	Don Long – General Manager Don earned an accounting degree from Penn State and proceeded to apply his skills to clients varying widely in industry, size and structure working as a CPA for the accounting/consulting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. That 11-years instilled in him the importance of client and customer-based service as the key to building relationships necessary to the success and growth of a business. Don spent years after KPMG in a few businesses of varying challenges, serving in some instances as chief financial officer, but also had been chief operating and chief executive officers and Director for nearly as many years. Don’s on-going goal at Tomlinson Bomberger is to facilitate a culture of high quality and customer service and to provide what is needed for all co-workers to assure customers of complete satisfaction.	Email Ext. 213	Bob Kandratavich – Sales Manager ISA Certified Arborist Certified Horticulturist Certified Ornamental Landscape Professional Certified Turfgrass Professional As the original account manager for Tomlinson Bomberger, Bob’s goal has been to assist customers in managing their properties. Educating and interacting with people is most enjoyable. His educational background is a B.S. in Geology from Penn State and an MBA from Shippensburg. This education provides him with skills to handle diverse situations. In addition, his practical experience as a technician, grounds manager and operations manager allow Bob to communicate effectively with each individual. Strong positive relationships are the keys to complete customer satisfaction.

	Email Ext. 225	Joe Adams - Controller As the Controller of Tomlinson Bomberger, Joe strives to provide useful financial and operating data to coworkers and customers. Joe enjoys the challenge of working in a dynamic and expanding organization that is constantly looking for ways to improve its practices and its services to the customer.		In Memoriam Bob Mentzer – Commercial Account Manager Bob was with Tomlinson Bomberger for 15 years. He was involved in just about every aspect of the Green Industry. His experiences as a lawn and tree specialist, tree/shrub operations manager, and several years as an account manager, allowed him to gain a full understanding of how work is performed start to finish. Bob attended Temple University and was a ISA Certified Arborist and a Certified Turfgrass Professional. He developed many long term, mutually beneficial relationships with his clients and co-workers. He loved working at TBLL and we were blessed to have him as part of our team. He will be missed by everyone.

	Email Ext. 241	Curt Walter – Commercial Account Manager ISA Certified Arborist As a commercial account manager, Curt works with schools and businesses developing programs for the maintenance of their grounds and new landscape installations. From evaluations to writing programs and managing projects, Curt’s goal is to give the customer exactly what they need at the best value. Curt is a Conestoga Valley graduate and has a BS in Plant Science from West Virginia University. A Certified Arborist, he realizes that the education in this industry never ends. Curt works with numerous schools, organizations and businesses helping them enhance their grounds management program within their budget guidelines.	Email Ext. 217	Matt Fulmer – Account Manager ISA Certified Arborist For over 20 years, Matt has been involved in all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance. Matt became a member of the Tomlinson Bomberger team in 2004 and has continually utilized his experience to add value to the services we provide to our customers. Since moving into a TBLL account manager position, Matt became an ISA Certified Arborist to further help his clients maintain/improve the health and appearance of the lawns and landscapes under his watchful care. In his free time, Matt can be found helping to coach basketball to Lancaster County youth at various levels.

	Email Ext. 237	Carmen Baciotti – Commercial Account Manager ISA Certified Arborist Certified Turfgrass Professional Carmen’s value in both customer service and sales support is based on a strong background in green industry positions. Experience in lawn and tree care along with years of customer service work allows Carmen to assist the team in many ways. Carmen provides prompt and thorough responses to customer questions and requests.	Email Ext. 251	Neil Beatty – Commercial Account Manager Neil joined our team in 2010 after spending over 15 years in the turfgrass and landscape industry in the Midwest following receiving his BS in Horticulture from the University of Wisconsin. Neil's experience includes working at OJ Noer Turfgrass Research facility at the University of Wisconsin, running his own perennial greenhouse, managing garden center's, overseeing the maintenance of a 100 acre nursery, commercial landscape maintenance management, and sales of landscapes and landscape maintenance. In his role at TBLL, he is sharing his talents and developing relationships with our existing customers as well new customers from small commercial properties to large School Districts.

	Email Ext. 213	Greg Tomlinson – Account Manager Greg graduated from The University of Scranton with a degree in Human Resource Management prior to working full-time at Tomlinson Bomberger in the Landscape Division beginning in 2006. However, his involvement in the family-owned business started in 1999 when he began working part-time as a Lawn Care Technician and also as a Landscape Crew Leader. The last couple of years, Greg has become known by many customers in his role providing Pest Control services. Drawing upon his varied experiences within the Company, Greg is now serving as a sales Account Manager to enhance the Company's ability to respond to and serve potential and existing customers.	Email Ext. 245	Jeannette Fertig – Account Manager ISA Certified Arborist Since 2006 Jeannette has brought her passion for plants and desire to develop beautiful landscapes to our clients as a member of our landscape team. Jeannette’s degree in Interior Design combined with her 15 years of experience operating her own garden center provides her with a wealth of knowledge to draw upon as she helps customers develop their property plans. Now as a residential account manager, this energetic ISA Certified Arborist hopes to further utilize her talents and experience to provide her customers with valuable and colorful solutions.

	Email Ext. 234	Mike Lindemuth – Landscape Operations Manager Cast Lighting Certified, ICPI Certified, NCMA Certified Retaining Wall Installer A 1992 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Landscape Design, Mike has a varied background in landscape design, construction and installation. To complement his certification by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute, Mike is also a Certified Turfgrass Professional.	Email Ext. 229	Chad Diller – Account Manager ISA Certified Arborist Certified Turfgrass Professional Since 2003, Tomlinson Bomberger has benefited from Chad’s decade of experience as a Lawn and Tree Care Technician. As a Certified Turfgrass Professional and ISA Certified Arborist, Chad provides solid advice to his clients. He enjoys visiting long-time clients as well as meeting new people each day. Chad’s friendly and soft-spoken approach helps people feel comfortable and confident in his recommendations.

	Email Ext. 224	Ron Stark – Account Manager Pennsylvania Pesticide License. With over 20 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Ron brings a wealth of landscape design and maintenance knowledge and expertise to share with customers. His experience and pesticide license also positions him to provide and assist customers with their professional lawn and tree care needs and programs. As a Penn State University graduate in Landscape Design and Business Management, Ron previously worked in an Elizabethtown landscaping/nursery business serving both residential and commercial customers before joining Tomlinson Bomberger in 2011.	Email Ext. 239	Marissa Miles – Landscape Designer ICPI Certified Marissa has a passion for providing functional and creative landscapes and outdoor living spaces. Her extensive knowledge of plant material aids in designing a landscape that will provide colorful, year round interest. Marissa is a graduate from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in Landscape Nursery Technology and from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Landscape Contracting with an emphasis on Landscape Design. She looks forward to helping to develop beautiful landscapes that customers will enjoy for years.

	Email Ext. 216	Paul Squierdo – Landscape Designer ICPI Certified and NCMA Retaining Wall Certified Since 2004 Paul has been engaged in various aspects of the landscape industry. A graduate of Penn State University with a Landscape Architecture degree, Paul is responsible for designing innovative hardscapes and aesthetic landscapes. Paul joined our team in 2010 and is looking forward to helping customers reach their property dreams.	Email Ext. 247	Gerry Impink –Technical Services & Athletic Field Manager ISA Certified Arborist PA Certified Horticulturist Gerry's Green Industry career began in 1989. He has experience as a Nurseryman, Landscaper, Landscape Designer, Lawn Technician, Tree & Shrub Specialist, Tree Care Operations Manager as well as a Property Manager for a Townhouse & Condo Complex. This varied background enables Gerry to help his coworkers "be the best they can be" as they provide our customers with quality service.

	Email Ext. 223	Steve Heydt – Scheduling Coordinator/Customer Service Representative Steve has been in the green industry for more than 10 years. He has experience in Tree/Shrub Care, Lawn Care and Vegetation Management. Steve will strive to meet our customers' needs by scheduling their work in a timely and satisfactory matter. With his customer oriented attitude, and by applying what he has learned out in the field, all clients can expect quick, reliable and professional advice and service related to scheduling and other matters related to their Tomlinson Bomberger Lawn Care, Tree/Shrub Care and Pest Control Services.	Email Ext. 220	Brian Schulz – Fleet/Building & Grounds Manager Brian has worked for a number of garages in the County and with various equipment for 15 years at Trojan Yacht in Lancaster. Since joining Tomlinson Bomberger in 1994, he has seen growth from a group of a few trucks to a fleet of over 60 vehicles. His effective oversight of maintenance of the Company’s fleet, as well as equipment used to provide its services, is key to the goal of meeting service expectations of customers. In addition to responsibility for internal needs, Brian manages the Company’s provision of maintenance services , including those of a State Inspection Station, to outside 3rd-party fleets and vehicles. In his spare time, he continues to be a coach of girls basketball and has done so for the past 27 years.

	Email Ext. 227	Donna Miller – Office Manager Donna runs the day-to-day operations in the office. As the Office Manager she sees to it that the work is processed promptly and accurately and that the specified procedures are followed to insure that customers receive accurate billing of services.	Email Ext. 214	Diane Fallan – Accounting Clerk Diane’s position has grown with increased responsibility since her start in February 2001. As a Tomlinson Bomberger customer since 1995, Diane was familiar with the services that the Company provided. She assists the Controller and Office Manager by handling customer questions relating to billing as well as numerous other accounting tasks.

	Email Ext. 226	Jill Parsons – Customer Service Representative In addition to Jill's primary responsibility for data entry, she assists with many office functions. While answering and directing many of our telephone calls, Jill has exhibited a level of professionalism and attention to detail which helps clients feel valued. The consistent accuracy of her data entry provides our crews with accurate information to meet client expectations.	Email Ext. 235	Liz Tomlinson – Receptionist Liz became involved with the family business in 2007 in a sales support role. She now serves as Receptionist and is usually the first person greeting people that are calling or visiting Tomlinson Bomberger. Liz's pleasant personality and friendly voice bring a positive response from virtually everyone she comes in contact with.


	Email Ext. 210	Crystal Grove – Sales Assistant With over 10 years at Tomlinson Bomberger, Crystal provides support to the Company's Account Managers. More particularly, she serves as a coordinator to make the wealth of green industry knowledge of our Account Managers available to assist with meeting the needs of customers and prospective customers, setting appointments and assisting with other communications. The constant smile in Crystal's voice, together with her having been the first person many people heard when they called Tomlinson Bomberger for many years, has earned her the honorary position here as "Director of First Impressions".
