Tomlinson Bomberger Premium Lawn Care Program
This program is an Organic based six-visit program. The six regularly scheduled visits include fertilizer, crabgrass control, weed control, insect control, grub control and a soil test (every 3 years). Spot treatments of difficult-to-control weeds are included. To keep the program affordable, we do not include fungicide treatments in the program. Should a fungicide treatment be needed, an option will be given for purchasing that service at a discounted price.
Visit 1:
Includes a slow-release fertilizer with crabgrass control. It will help start the spring growing season and minimize crabgrass break through.
Visit 2:
Includes fertilizer. Weed control will be applied to control the weeds that have germinated. Insect and grub control will be applied to help prevent damage to the turf.
Visit 3:
Includes a slow-release fertilizer with weed control spot treatments and insect control as needed.
Visit 4:
Includes any treatments necessary for insect control, weed control, nutsedge and crabgrass control.
Visit 5:
Includes a slow-release fertilizer and weed control treatment.
Visit 6:
Includes a winter fertilizer to help with next year’s green up and a maintenance rate of limestone to maintain proper Ph levels.

Our Guarantee:
We will work with you to deliver the desired results for a healthy, green lawn. We will need your help with watering if natural precipitation is not sufficient. We are not responsible for drought or other weather conditions that have an adverse affect on your lawn’s health. We are also not responsible for poor cultural practices like mowing too low.
