Job Information
 

Performs office duties to include but not limited to: data entry, satisfying customer service calls, and updating logs. Supports production staff through scheduling, call ahead phone calls and processing of time sheets

  • Handling client customer service and scheduling phone calls
  • Schedules lawn care and seeding services
  • Enters sales and property maps into system
  • Makes call ahead and hypersensitive calls
  • Processes technician time sheets in preparation for payroll
  • Posts completed work
  • Updates accounts and call logs as needed
  • Coordinates and provides data for special projects as required

 

High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior Customer Service and clerical/data entry experience. Knowledge of service assistant, Microsoft programs and prior routing/scheduling experience preferred.
